Had a 1pm appointment. Made it to the desk 55 minutes later. My company pays me to go for a yearly physical here but if I was not getting paid I wouldn’t come here. Over two hours from arrival to the time I left. I have been coming here for 4 years now and I usually plan on being there a minimum of two hours. The only positive thing is the staff is very polite, friendly and understanding.
Overall it was fine.
The workers at Concentra is very polite and quickly to answer questions that you might have although I was told I would have to wait 45 minutes the service was accurate and little faster than 45 minutes I am very pleased with the service I got at Concentra it's well-established and I think I would return for services if I need it too
All the people there were kind, helpful and professional. I was in and out quickly.
Long waiting time (one hour) only to see nurse for 2 minutes. Staff of Concentra in Wilmington doesn't know how to organize their priorities. The positive side is they are all pleasant towards patients. The office manager should take care of priorities.
Only issue I do have is your company asks to much of the girls at reception. Answering phone calls and taking patients when they walk in is to much for them. Cause it's answer phone1 second, patient in front another second then back to phone answering. Not the way to handle that. You need people specifically answering phones and people taking the patients coming in.
The front desk situation and her bad bedside manner were what dropped my rating.
The young woman who checked my reflexes and breathing seemed to be very short with me. Upon asking a the details of a surgery, and me giving her as much information as possible, she became agitated with me. She immediately asked another question while I was still confused what she was looking for with the first one.
Waiting in a 3 person line for 30 minutes because you don’t have anyone else to take the calls, and the 2 girls who kept taking long calls and asking each other how to handle them instead of helping the people there... was very disappointing.
