I have used them twice, and in both cases they went above and beyond for me.

I don't often write reviews, but if I could give this company 10 stars i would.

The second move was a last minute request when something came up and I needed someone immediately to help - again, they responded so quickly and professionally. I can't begin to tell you the relief I felt when they arrived.

I have 2 pianos that need to be moved carefully, so I can say that they have the systems in place for taking care of difficult-to-move items - but where they stood out was in their ability and willingness adapt to the needs of the job.

In my first move, I was a single mom, overwhelmed trying to get everything together. When they arrived, I think they saw the job was bigger than what was indicated, and they brought in additional help and supplies to get the job done. It was a quick response, the team was cheerful and really eased what was becoming a stressful situation for me.

As far as the crew - in both cases the team lead was knowledgable and knew how to assess the situation and recommend the best solutions. The other team members were cooperative and nice. At all times, they checked in with me to make sure we were all on the same page. Paperwork and payment was simple. The admin staff that coordinated the move was spot-on.

Handled my belongings with care. Good people. Were in and out pretty quickly, and before I knew it I was all moved in. Affordable and worth it.

Broke a window, doubled the quote, complained about the change in the quote when they called to ask me about the experience. I was told someone would call me back and it never happened. 9 weeks after the move my baby grand piano of my grandmother's collapsed, almost injuring my husband who was next to it. Now 4 calls to management ignored. Finally threaten to contact my attourney instead, then I get a call back, I tell them no one has moved it since the movers assembled it, they tell me I can't prove it and honor only the 60 cents /lb Insurance that I bought on my belongings, then proceed to to base it off of some statistic that it weighs 500 pounds when I know for a fact that my piano weighs over 700. The small refund didn't even cover the cost of the repairs to the piano let alone the damage to the wall and floor. I told them cleaning they are capable of moving such a thing when clearly that was not so is dangerous and that we were all lucky I was calling about property damage instead of a serious injury or worse, they informed me that had someone been injured they likely would not have excepted any responsibility at all, and that they were basically doing me a favor. The movers themselves were hard working and very polite, the business itself and the management I think is unethical in practice and highly unprofessional when dealing with their clients. Using them proved to be a dangerous choice for us.

I’m actually appalled by this service. Used them once with a great experience. This time they showed up late, complained, broke many items and only want to reimburse us $0.60 per pound (yes you’re reading that right). So they broke a huge TV, coffee table, end table and various glass items and want to reimburse us around $200. They also damaged the house we were moving from. Calls to management ignored until they couldn’t ignore them anymore. They said it costs extra if we expect them to pay for things they break (what?!). I’ve asked for the owners contact info and have not received a reply.

We’ve used two minute and a truck three times now. And wouldn’t use anyone else. Very professional, and Take good care of your stuff

Ultimately, they are what they claim: Two Men and a Truck, but in my experience, you get a lot more.
